By registering on this forum, you agree to use it properly, and to refrain from posting any content that is aggressive, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. The moderators and administrators of this forum will do their best to delete or edit any reprehensible messages that may be posted on the forum. I. General Rule breaking can be reported ingame using the /report command or on rpg.b-zone.ro, rpg2.b-zone.ro, rpg3.b-zone.ro. II. Language You get punished even if you have censored, shortened or modified the foul language. Players with at least 7 punishments for language (Mute Logs) can be punished directly with ban between 1 and 5 days. 1. Offense of any kind brought to a player/faction etc. (Example: "Stupid", "Smart ass", "Idiot", etc.) Level 6-9: 10 Minutes Mute. Level 10-19: 60 Minutes Mute. Level 20+: 120 Minutes Mute. The punishment grows depending on the severity of the offense. 2. Insults, foul language of any kind or serious threats to players/factions (Example: ”Retard”, ”fuck you”, ”suck my..”, etc.) Level 6-9: 30 Minutes Mute. Level 10-19: 120 Minutes Mute. Level 20+: 240 Minutes Mute. The punishment grows depending on the severity of the insult. Extremely foul language will get punished directly with ban (without mute). 3. Insults/offenses brought to any admin, including threats, mockery of any kind, disrespect, hold to account etc. You will get banned even if you have insulted them in SA:MP or through another way. (Messenger, Skype etc.) Punishments are established by the admin that handles the case. 4. Insults towards the server Ban from 7 to 30 days. 5. Offenses/insults written on any chat that is visible to all players (/ad, /live, /news, /gov, /e, etc.) Ban between 1 and 30 days no matter of the level (depending on the severity of the deed). 6. Stupid, indecent nicknames, very similar to other players, etc. We do not allow such nicknames to be used so we will punish you with a permanent ban from the first offense. III. Deathmatch We consider Deathmatch attacking (not 2-3 punches) or killing a person without a proper reason. Players that have at least 7 punishments of Admin Jail or Suspend (Jail, Suspend Logs) can be punished directly with ban between 1 and 5 days. 1. Deathmatch done excessively and without a proper reason The weapon license will be suspended as many hours as the level of the player that is punished. Does not apply to gangs that kill/attack players on the blacklist. 2. Drive-by (killing a player with the help of a vehicle/boat/plane). Attacking/Killing a player while being a passenger or a driver by going over him/her: Only DB done excessively and without reason gets punished same as the rules for excessive DM. DM or DB of any kind on an Admin/Helper that is doing his job will get punished directly with jail. Admins have the right to confiscate weapons when they see necessary. 3. Kamikaze (when you kill or intend to kill, one or more people, with the help of a vehicle, a helicopter, exploding a gas station etc.) In Safe Zones, events, auctions, training, activities, gatherings and so on. Level 6-9: 30 Minutes Jail. Level 10-19: 60 Minutes Jail. Level 20+: 120 Minutes Jail. The punishment can grow depending on the severity of the deed. IV. Non-RP Behavior Non-RP behavior may be described as an action or an abuse of certain commands (like the /quit command), that offer the player an unfair advantage or other players a big disadvantage in certain situations. It is forbidden and punishable with ban according to the level of the player in cause. Level 6-9: 30 Minutes Jail. Level 10-19: 60 Minutes Jail. Level 20+: 120 Minutes Jail. The punishment can grow depending on the severity of the deed. Some examples: /q when someone steals your personal car, pushing a vehicle (to respawn it or not) without the approval of the owner, exiting the map limits while the police chases you, suicide while the police chases you, entering a building when you are fired upon, /heal when you are fired upon, other cases. V. Advertisement The advertisement (known as /ad) can strictly be used for important announcements such as selling/buying property, faction or clan recruitments, announcements of different services held by players, fares, meetings, roleplay announcements, etc. You will get punished from kick, warn to ban 30 days no matter of the level and depending on the given /ad. Abbreviations or emoticons are not allowed in the /ad. We do not allow organising events on /ad, use the /requestevent command for this. We do not allow /ads that look down upon or insult certain players or factions. We do not allow /ads written poorly, with too many symbols, vulgar symbols or punctuation marks used excessively. Admins reserve their right to punish any /ad that they consider breaking the rules or welfare of the game. VI. Scams and negligence Admins are not responsible for scams, loans or the negligence of players. If you have to make a deal and do not want any trouble then only do it under the supervention of an admin or helper. The only case when an admin will intervene is for players with a maximum level of 10 and only for scams, not negligence. Scams can be punished with warn or ban from 1 to 30 days depending on the admin's decision and the removal of the goods from the account (no matter if you have transferred them on other accounts). VII. Cheats, mods, bugs and advertising Cheats: We do not allow them and punish their use with a 30 days ban from the first offense. Lower level accounts (1-4) made especially for such things will get permanently banned, including on the IP. Mods: Mods that bring you a great advantage over the rest of the players are forbidden, joypad included, and the punishment is from kick, warn to ban 30 days depending on the used mod. Bug Abuse: Abusing certain bugs of the game or the server is punishable from kick to ban 30 days depending on the severity of the bug. Blocking a key or using other methods so that you do not get kicked when being AFK without sleep is considered bug abusing. Advertising: We no not allow advertising other communities or servers that do not belong to B-Zone and you will get punished with a 30 days ban. Lower level accounts (1-4) made especially for such things will get permanently banned, including on the IP. If you advertise another server unintentionally it is possible for us to allow you a chance to get unbanned. VIII. Accounts Security: We are not responsible for hacked accounts, lost goods, losing the e-mail address of the account, the PIN or the password the your account. You will receive help if the fault is from the administration team and not yours. We reserve the right to pick who we help in case of hacked accounts, lost goods, losing the e-mail address of the account, the PIN or the password of your account. People that hack or try to hack accounts can be punished if the admins see this necessary including the removal of all goods from the account no matter if you have transferred them on other accounts. Multiple accounts & Sharing: We allow you to have more than one account, but in some cases if you break severe rules or do excessive rule breaking you can get punished on all accounts. It is forbidden to make accounts with the sole purpose to win events and transfer the winnings to the main account or another account. The money will be reset and you will get banned 5 days on the main account(s). Accounts made for complaints or breaking the server rules will lead to a permanent ban on those accounts and most probably on the high level accounts. Sharing an account with other people is allowed in certain conditions and on your own risk. Administration staff is not allowed to share accounts (admins, helpers, leaders). You are not allowed to share accounts with people that have used cheats or have an interdiction. You are not allowed to share your account if you are a faction member without a proper reason and informing your leader. The consequence of breaking this rule is your removal from your function or even the banning of your account if needed. If you choose to share an account, you agree that the email address used in registering the account can be changed after 7 days. Businesses: We do not allow businesses or attempts of businesses with goods between the three RPG servers (ban 30 days). We do not allow businesses or attempts of businesses with real goods for game goods (ban 30 days). We do not allow selling or attempts of selling accounts for real goods or for game goods (permanent ban). Inactivity: Players that are inactive more than 30 days will have their houses, businesses, taken from their possesion. Logging a few times a month is still considered inactivity. IX. Extra rules The /report function: It will be used to signal severe problems and breaking of the server rules. Useless reports will be punished from kick to ban 30 days. For simple questions that do not require immediate attention contact the Helpers using the /helpme command. Events: They will be organized with the help of the /requestevent command. The maximum sum allowed for player events is $50.000. Sponsorship is to be done before the event starts. Scams at events will be punished with a 3 days ban. Referrals: It is forbidden to talk with players already registered on our server to make a new account as your referral. The punishment for this is ban between 1 and 5 days depending on the number of the offense and the number of people you have talked to. Punishments: Punishments depending on the level also apply depending on the number of respect points a player has. So that if a player's level enters the category of Level 10-19 and has respect points to enter the category of Level 20+, he will get punished according to the highest category! Complaints on the site All complaints must be supported by concrete evidence, pictures or video. All evidence on the server must include the server's markings with the date, time, account name and server name. We reserve our right to reject any evidence that does not have all of these things. We accept concrete evidence outside the server, preferably video, in case of complaints for illegal business, account hacking or other serious breaking of the rules. We reserve our right to punish people who make stupid complaints, mock or insult in them with warn or ban from 1 day to permanent depending on the situation. Your proof is only available for 3 days tops. If you didn't have time to make the complain in this time then do not make it at all. Troubling players or the staff Troubling players at jobs, events, meetings or other similar things will be punished with kick, warn or ban if they do not stop. Admins reserve their right to punish you if you trouble them after they have explain they have something else to do. TeamViewer Tests Admins reserve their right to control your personal computers for cheats or other forbidden mods. Players reserve their right to refuse the control but they will get banned for 7 days. We are against players that cheat so even if you have cheats/mods in your computer and did not use them on our servers you will still get punished. Not fully cooperating with the admin will be punished with a 7 days ban. This includes but not limited to /q at the control, crash, offering the admin false details, or other similar situations. Clan Leader commands Leaders that use their commands wrongly on players will be punished with warn or ban depending on the situation. For any case that is not specified in the rules the admin will decide the punishment depending on the situation. Also the admins have the liberty of choosing a punishment lower or higher than the ones stated in the rules depending on the situation.
